I can't make my booking due to tube strikes, what do I do?

If you can no longer make your booking, please follow the process for a booking exchange. 

In order to request an exchange:

  • Make a new booking with your preferences.
  • Provide the new and old booking references in our Contact Form. Click "back" on this article, and select the Contact Us/Booking Exchange button. 
  • Your original booking will be refunded within 2-5 days once we have processed it.
  • You will be contacted by email once the exchange is processed.
  • Please note that we can only cancel and refund your old booking, once a new booking has been made.


If you are an Everywhere Member - please cancel your booking via your Member Portal.
