While we aren’t able to make direct changes to existing bookings - such as adjusting seats, date or time - you’re very welcome to arrange an exchange with ease.
Here’s how it works:
- Book your new tickets with your preferred film, time and seats.
- Get in touch via our Contact Form, including both your original and new booking references (simply click “back” on this article and select the Contact Us / Booking Exchange option).
- Once we’ve received your request, we’ll process a refund for your original booking within 2–5 days.
- We’ll confirm everything by email as soon as your exchange is complete.
Just a quick note - your original booking can only be refunded once your new booking has been made.
