What do I do if I've lost my ticket?

We would always recommend you take note of your booking reference number when your tickets are received.

If you have booked online or over the phone and have lost your confirmation email, our Guest Services team will be able to locate your booking and resend this to you, but we will need you to confirm your booking details.

If you have booked in venue, please keep your paper tickets safe and ensure you take note of your booking reference and booking details.
