Can I bring an Assistance Dog?

Can I bring my assistance dog to Everyman?

Yes. We welcome trained assistance dogs (such as service dogs, guide dogs, or hearing dogs) that support guests with disabilities, including visual impairments, epilepsy, diabetes, and mobility limitations.

Does my assistance dog need to wear identification or documentation?

If possible, we ask that your assistance dog wear a recognisable harness, collar, or lead. You may also bring supporting documentation, although this is not mandatory.

Are there any behaviour requirements for assistance dogs?

Yes. Assistance dogs must be appropriately trained and able to sit or lie calmly next to their owner without roaming freely. If a dog causes disruption (outside of performing its trained task), we may not be able to allow it to remain in the venue.

Can I bring an emotional support animal or pet to Everyman?

No. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted in any of our venues.
