Why is there a £2.50 booking fee and how can I avoid it?

A £2.50 Remote Booking Fee is charged per transaction for online or phone bookings. This fee covers the convenience of our online and phone services and applies regardless of payment method.

To avoid the fee, purchase tickets in person at the cinema or become an Everyman member, which exempts you from the Remote Booking Fee.

Everyman members should ensure they are logged into their membership account when booking tickets online, or provide their membership number when booking tickets by telephone.
