Everyman has a no-refund policy but allows ticket exchanges with 24 hours' notice. Unfortunately, exchange requests within 24 hours of booking cannot be accepted.
To request an exchange:
- Make a new booking and payment.
- Provide the new and old booking references in our Contact Form. Click "back" on this article, and select the Contact Us/Booking Exchange button.
- Your original booking will be refunded within 2-5 days once we have processed it.
- You will be contacted by email once the exchange is processed.
As per our booking policy, requests made within 24 hours of your showtime will not be processed.
