I left something behind in your venue, how do I get in touch?

Unfortunately our venues do not have direct phone lines. If you believe you have misplaced an item in one of our cinemas, we would recommend that you return and speak to a member of our team as soon as possible. Our venues open 15 minutes before the first film each day.


Alternatively you can reach out via our Help Widget and select the Lost Property option from the drop down menu. From here, your request will be sent directly to the venue you select, and they will be in touch on whether they have located your item or not. Please provide as much detail as possible, such as a detailed description of the item and the showtime and seat you believe you may have left it behind in.
