Everyman has a no-refund policy but allows ticket exchanges with 24 hours notice. We cannot directly amend or move a booking, so in order to request an exchange you will need to make the new booking yourself:
- Make a new booking with your preferences.
- Provide the new and old booking references in our Contact Form by clicking 'back' on this article, selecting the Contact Us/Booking Exchange button and choosing Booking Exchange from the dropdown menu.
- You will be contacted by email once the exchange is processed and your original booking will be cancelled and refunded.
- Please note that we can only cancel and refund your old booking, once a new booking has been made.
As per our booking policy, requests made within 24 hours of your showtime will not be processed.
