How/When do I queue up for a film at the Canal?

To secure your place on the steps, we ask guests to queue on the left side of the bar area. Please arrive with enough time before the start of the film to ensure your spot. Guests who have already watched the film will be asked to leave and rejoin the queue if they wish to watch another.Guests watching the film before will be asked to leave and told to rejoin the queue if you want to watch another.

An usher will be present to manage and oversee the queue to ensure everyone's safety.

If an usher asks you to leave the queue, please do so in a calm and orderly fashion. We will keep an eye on the queue length to prevent overcrowding.
