I have had a membership for more than 14 days, who do I contact to cancel my membership?

If your membership is more than 14 days old, it will continue until the end of the 12-month agreement. 

If you’ve paid upfront, no action is needed as your membership will automatically expire after the 12-month period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for early cancellations.
