How do I submit Praise, Feedback & Complaints

Here at Everyman we value all types of feedback. Whether its praise for our venue teams or feedback around a recent visit, we would love to hear about it. 


We are always striving to improve our guest offering and the only way we can do this is with your help.


You can email us with all the details at talk@everymangroup.com or call us on 01727 222 323 and a member of the guest services team will be happy to assist. Available Monday to Saturday between 10am-6pm (standard network rates apply). 


Alternatively you can leave your feedback using our customer service survey (Everyman | Feedback) and you could be in with a chance to win a £50 eGift card!
